is ortho chart missing in foreign version?

It should be in the beta version, 11.0

You have to turn it on from Setup, Show Features.

I was wrong. It looks like we stuck that button in the toolbar for everyone. You don't see it? If you're wondering how to get stuff into the grid once you have the ortho chart window open, you will need to set up your grid columns in the Display Fields setup.

Ortho chart button is not in toolbar. I am using 7.8.28 and while updating it shows no more update available.

The ortho chart is in 11.0. If you're not seeing any more updates available, then you might not be currently on support with us. You could call to straighten that out.
