11.1 Dashboard Printing error

When I try to print the new dashboard a new print preview opens up and then a little dialog that doesn't have anything in it, then about 2 seconds later I get a message that "OpenDental has stopped working" with a "close program" button only. There are no JIT debugging messages.

Usually, when it fails like that, you are missing a dll. But it could also be a printer issue. We have put it down on our internal bug list to at least test some more.
