Bridging with Planmeca

I'm trying to bridge OD with "Planmeca". I have version 4.5.0, 2008/09/17

Do i have to add an argument : DxStart.exe ”PatientID” ”FamilyName” ”FirstName” ”BirthDate” <”Doctor”>
as shown in this page: http://www.opendental.com/manual/bridgeplanmeca.html

Can anyone help me please

Sorry. Look up the existing Dimaxis program link and use that. I'm updating the manual right now.
