Add x-ray to a referral letter?

I'm trying to develop a post-op letter. I've figured out how to create the letter, though formatting seems to be somewhat difficult. The last piece I need is to be able to insert pre- and post-op xrays to the letter. Is there a way to do that? Thanks.
