We recently went from 6.0.9.0 to 11.0.39.0 and before I use to be able to pull a list of patients overdue for recall when I went into Recall under Appointment Lists. I could send pastdue postcards from this list, but now I can only pull up next month patients that are due.
What am I missing?

It will depend on the settings you have specified under SETUP/RECALL. If you want a patient to reappear in the recall list after a first recall, the number of days for it to reappear is specified there. The same thing can be specified for number of days after two or more reminders. If you want to send reminders for patients that were due a few days ago, just specify a start and end date in the recall list and hit REFRESH LIST.
