Is there a different way to set a time limit in security for deleting an image? The manual says there is a time limit but I just get a check box for off or on.

You will be able to double click on the ImageDelete permission to set a date limitation once version 12.3 gets released. http://opendental.com/manual/version12_3.html
For now, you can use the Global Lock Date. Take note of the other permissions it will affect on that page you posted though.

The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
