Birthday Emails via Open Dental

How do I go about sending birthday emails via Open Dental with a minimum amount of keystrokes and a maximum amount of automation?

We do not currently have the option to send birthday emails. However, you can send birthday postcards and print labels. Please see: http://www.opendental.com/manual/birthday.html
