EVAsoft and OpenDental not bridging in trial version

I'm testing out the OpenDental trial version and can not seem to get the images from EVAsoft to link up. I have the patient ID's the same in both apps. In OD's chart tab I have the EVAsoft tab available but nothing happens when I click it ......
Any help is appreciated.

I would expect a message of sorts to pop up. Have you tried pushing the button within OD while EVAsoft is running in the background?
The bridge sends lots of patient information over such as name, gender, birthdate, and address. It wouldn't hurt to make sure those exactly mach in both applications. I'm not sure how much information is necessary to match before EVAsoft chooses a patient to open.
