Operations Manual for Insurance Check Entry

Does anyone have a manual to share that shows the steps on how to enter insurance payments into OD? EOB's can look very different from the companies and with new team members in my office it is creating some confusion. Participation in PPO's also makes the entries a bit more challenging as well.

Before I go off "reinventing the wheel" I thought that I'd ask this wonderful community of users for support. Thanks. And any suggestions will be appreciated!

I would highly recommend reading the page in our manual regarding entering EOBs. I feel it is detailed enough to help you track your EOBs. If it is not adequate, please let us know where it could use more information.
