has the issue with running OD on vista been corrected? I think you have to run as administrator to get it run? i am about to purchase more computers and XP is becoming harder to get?

first off, VISTA is annoying!!!! but...OD works fine for us on our one Vista computer, you just have to set your shortcut to run in administrator mode. I think you still do have to click the "ALLOW" button when it runs, but otherwise OD works fine.

There are two related issues. The big one was that you had to rightclick, run as admin every time you launched the program. That has been fixed for a few months. The other issue is that you have to give the user read-write permission on the OD folder. That's always been the way OD has worked, and although we have plans to remove that requirement, there has been no change there for years.

So the short answer is YES.
