Anyone know if its possible to attach our office logo into forms and reports generated by open dental. Mainly forms that are printed for patients.

I have integrated our logo into my custom version for simple letters...and for stationary...hopefully I can get that included soon into the main program. You basically just need a Jpg background with a design similar to this to make it work:

http://www.smilecouple.org/od/stationary.zip (this has some other images as well that I currently use)

Now, this is not for statements, but maybe I could make that work too...

Not possible yet. He's talking about a customized version that he was using. You can't do it without knowing how to program.

it is now possible to add your logo/stationary into the program with v5.0 beta to be released in a few days.
