Updating Insurance Benefits

My patient has used up her insurance at the endodontist and oral surgeon.
How can one reflect this in the patient's chart?

Goto patient's chart
Click on Insurance
Upper right corner "Adjustment to insurance benefits" window click 'Add'

Enter amount used at another office.
