We recently set up speakers in our office and are really enjoying the messaging functions for our doctor, assistant, and hygienist. However, there is no audio file available to announce to hygiene. I've tried creating my own .wav and .mp3 files but they still aren't loading.
Can someone help point me in a direction or send me a link to a working file that they've found useful? It's really frustrating for our hygienist to have to keep on looking at her screen to see if there is a message button flashing for her since there is no "hygiene" announcement
