Error with home restore

Trying to restore my daily backup from yesterday and got this error,
'Duplicate entry '688306' for key 'PRIMARY''

I backup and restore the same way every day but do get this error from time to time. Wassup??

Have you tried the Database Maintenance tool? That may find the problem.

OD won't start at all.

Throws Unhandled Exception box and the only thing I can do is Exit

I think we've come across this before but I cannot remember the cure!
