New to open dental and Front office position

I am a new employee with no training on open dental what is the best way for me to learn the system. Also I am new to Front office position and my Doctor wants me to learn how to start new pt , ins, apts, printing out statements and how to give receipts of payments made for. how can I go about on learning these subjects.
