Recall List Sort by Billing Type not working

I want to separate my prophy & exam recalls but when I set it to Sort by BillingType and Refresh, the resulting list is identical to the Sort by DueDate. Only the Alphabetical sort changes the list.

I tried to reproduce this and couldn't. Are you changing billing type in the Family module from Standard Account to something different? The type of recall won't affect the sort order in this case.
I would be happy to take a look at your data to troubleshoot.

Ana, never mind, I realize the mistake. I was clicking on Sort:BillingType, and thinking it was Recall Type.
