patient treatment notes

Hi, I love open dental but dont love (as a new user) how much customization is required. I struggle finding the necessary time to sit and write/customize all my treatment notes for the many types of procedures we do. Does anyone have a way to share generic "extraction" or "endo" or "crown" etc treatment notes that can then be customized to make this any easier?
