Recall Bw Setup

"Recall setup, with BW code but blank pano code and 0 years, creating a recall does not add a BW code"

I will try to look at this and fix it since I added some of that code

I think I fixed it...just a simple problem of the "" being converted to 0 on the DB save and then I was checking for "" instead of 0.

Check and see if it works now
