Real-time claim processing

Are there any dental offices out there using Open Dental along with a software that does real-time claim processing? We are interested in letting our patients know when they are in the office how much they will be responsible for out of pocket for insurances we are out of network for, non-covered services or for services that may deny due to frequency. Any suggestions or solutions? Thanks!

I do not know of any "real time processing" software. Insurance companies don't do that.
Trojan software might help. It has a lot of options.. give them a call
