Error loading Module Preferences after upgrade to 16.1.27

Post by fschiopu »

Hi,

After upgrading from 15.2 to 16.1 and trying to load the Setup->Module Preferences I get the "Error loading module preferences. Run database maintenance and try again". Run the above and everything looks ok. No issues with mysql either. Anyone having any ideas why?

Did you run the database maintenance and try again?

Couple of times, but no problems where found. Tried the SQLyog Tools and found no errors.

I'm assuming you ran the fix tool, not just the check tool, correct?

This error can occur if a preference is missing from your database. This may have happened if the convert script did not execute properly. To find out what the error is exactly, we will need a copy of your database. When you have some time, please call Open Dental support so that we can troubleshoot your database.

You were right. I run the update again on the backup database and it fixed it. It is working now.
