PPO fees

Post by rhaber123 »

We started using the PPO Option, and for the molars, it is downgrading from composites to amalgam. How to stop that?

Correct. There are also additional ways to get the desired result if deleting the substitution code completely is not acceptable:

Instead of deleting the substitution code (that affects all plans), you can simply mark 'Do Not Substitute Codes' in the insurance plan setup window for those plans that don't downgrade.
