When we click 'Cancel', it returns to the form in the foreground, as it should. However, any changes we make do not save--whether we hit 'Print', as we would normally, or whether we hit 'OK' from the form itself.
That is, if we type into a field, then click print, then cancel, then type some more, then actually print it, the only text that will print on the actual print job and show up on the form if we open it again is the text typed before cancelling the first print job. Similarly, if we do the same thing but instead of actually printing we 'OK' out of the form, the text typed after the cancelled print job is no longer present when we open the form again.
The only potential cause of this issue that I can think of (other than it being a bug) is that these forms are not exam sheets, they are forms. For various other reasons we are not using exam sheets for this purpose.
If anyone has also experienced this problem, we would appreciate the solution; otherwise we would like to know whether this is an issue on our end or with open dental itself.
Thanks in advance for your help.
