VS 2008 reformats code

David Fuchs and I were discussing this on another thread. It seems to be a change in VS 2008 that we have no control over. It will automatically insert spaces before and after = in the autogenerated code. It will reformat existing autogenerated code, resulting in large changes to SVN. But there's nothing we can do about it. So we'll live with it.
