It seems that lately, when we click on an appointment, some of the listed procedures treatment planned have already been pre-selected to walk out. This has occasionally caused us problems, when we are busy, walking out procedures that haven't been accomplished.
Is this something we are screwing up, or is there something we don't understand?

Sorry your having this issue. Few questions to help clarify what might be going on.
- What version are you on?
- Is this for new or preexisting appointments? (or both)
- Are you using appointment types?

Just updated to 16.2.69.0 this morning, previous was 16.2.61, still occurs, in existing appointments, not sure if in new. We do not use appointment types. And I don't proofread myself when typing the word "selecting"

I'm still getting procedures getting randomly selected...any ideas?

Calling support may be the best bet.
We could see if we can fix the problem and if not, then we can get a copy of your db to help us pinpoint the bug in the program.
