Mobile App showing unscheduled appointments

I just noticed that unscheduled appointments are showing up on the mobile app calendar. There is no indication that the appointment is unscheduled. Is this correct?

Which version of Open Dental are you using?

It is possible for versions of the Mobile Web that are before v17.1. If you click the Menu Options tray (top right downward facing carrot) and then tap the Refresh button, they should disappear.

This problem is due to visiting a specific patient account (we load up all of that patients appointments, including unscheduled, planned, etc) which causes their appointments to get added to the global cache of appointments within the application. When you visit the Appointments module section, those appointments will then display. Clicking the Refresh button will clear the cache and then refresh them from your database.
