ERA and Supporting Vendors

Hi - I am trying to automate the ERA to receive the payments and post related EOBs in patient's account to ease the burden of front desk/manager to enter those EoB in to patients' account... Does anyone has this automated upto patient's account? What kind of monthly charges are expected for this kind of setup?

Please advise if you any knowledge on this topic.
