Export progress notes?

Post by jourdo »

Is there a way to export the progress notes into an editable file?

I need to prepare a report for an insurance company and I am trying to remove all the other family member information as well as the financial information from showing up. The only way I can figure this out is to add black block in photoshop if I print the whole thing in a PDF. Not sure if there is something easier.

Any tips?

Thanks!

You can filter what shows in the chart before you print.

I did not know you could do that. Might just be what I was looking for.

Thank you.

That's a lot easier, plus, It's easy to prove there were no modifications made to your data in case that's a factor that needs to be considered.

Is it possible to filter out procedures where we check do not bill to insurance? Since if we are using that HIPAA-based exclusion, those procedures shouldn't be shown to the insco when they audit?

There is not a way to filter out procedures that are not billed to insurance.
