Production/Income Reports

I was wondering if there is a query or report that I can do where I can see production and income (for the month) without having "Scheduled" treatment for future days add to my total production total?

The built in P&I reports should do that for you. If you select the "More Options" item, it allows you to select a date range to see the information for things within that date range. It doesn't count treatment planned procedures, only completed procedures, in the totals.

For some reason mine does include the treatment planned procedures that are scheduled.

The Columns are as following:

DATE WEEKDAY PRODUCTION SCHEDULED ADJUSTMENTS WRITEOFFS TOTAL PRODUCTION PT INCOME INSURANCE INCOME TOTAL INCOME


And even though I am interested in my Total Production (because it takes into account my adjustments and write offs), it is adding my future scheduled treatment for later in the month. Any idea how to shut that off?

Ah the monthly P&I report. Yes, that one does include scheduled. As of now, there is not currently a way to remove it from the report but you could send us a feature request and vote on it, or add your votes to an existing one if it is already there!

Do you know if there is a way I can pay someone knowledgeable enough to make a Query or custom report for me to have that made?
