cannot find or create the font. on statement PDFs

When i print my monthly statements from manage then billing, i create a bunch of PDF statements. The issue i have having is that the output text from the look is either elongated letters of a different font. or just dots. any help with this?

1. Check that you have the proper printer selected.
2. What are you using to view PDF files? We use Acrobat Reader DC. It's free.

yes i am using acrobat DC free.
