I am reinstalling our development server into a different machine. When I use my dev product key, eConnector fails to start and the following alert is shown in the application:
The eConnector is installed as a service. Does the old server still have the service installed? If not, please contact support at 503-363-5432 for further assistance.
Thanks. Yes, the old service isn't running any longer - the machine is actually down even. Does it take a time for OpenDental to "register" when the service goes down, to allow a new one? I will try again today (24hs after removing the old server) and if this doesn't help I can reach out to that number.
