POST Statement Sent

We currently use the T4 api key to post payments but we're being asked to also post in the "ledger" when a statement has been sent.

Is there any api method for this if not can it be added?

There isn’t currently an API method that adds a “statement sent” row into the ledger.

At this point the best option is to create a commlog entry when a statement is sent. That records the event, though it won’t show in the top ledger area. Adding non-OD statements to the ledger would require enhancements to OD itself.

For requests like this, it’s best to reach out to us directly and be as clear and specific as possible about what behavior you need. That way we can evaluate whether it’s a feature request or if there’s a workaround using existing tools.
