Hello aearl23,

You can use a ShortQuery to pull ERA data from the database, but this is a very complex area and not something we can fully support here on the forum. In the Developer Portal there is a email address specifically for API related technical and implementation questions. Please reach out there, as that will be the fastest way to get this resolved.

Also, can the events/subscriptions API be used for Etranss?

No. The etrans table does not have a SecDateTEdit column, so it cannot be added to API Events/Subscription.
