removing eclaims capability from workstation

i have downloaded the .exe file onto a few workstations to submit e-claims from around the office, problem is I need to remove it from one of the workstations. can you please tell me how to do this to just one workstation

Which clearinghouse? If you can see it in Add/Remove Programs, then you should remove it there. If you can't see it there, then it is acceptable to simply delete the exe.
