When an item is scanned the "Item Info" window pops up. They then type in the "optional desription" some thing like "DOS 11/4//2008", click okay, they click rotate, then the optional description is lost.
If they didn't click rotate after type the description, refresh the screen, then click rotate the "optional description" is saved.
