waiting room
How do you get patients to show up in waiting room in the lower right of the apptointment module? I set the triggers in that module but nothing is showing up. Using version 6.0.9.

Did you set it to refresh? That should be checked right below your triggers. If not then I am not sure, as long as the triggers are being set by your staff as the patient in moving throughout the practice, then I don't know.
