Patient Picture on consent forms/Sheets

Will it be possible to add a small patient photo (from the Family module) by default on the consent forms or other custom sheets along-with the signature space?

Have you considered the possibility of somehow having the patient's chart print in a custom sheets letter?

You mean the 3D teeth? Hadn't thought much about that yet.

Just a passing thought, a thumb impression scanner may be a useful tool as well for online signature of consent forms etc. I wonder what are the legal implications?
