Names to initials

In the Appointment module, can names be changed to initials so a patient cannot view the other patient names on a computer monitor? Would be nice for HIPAA reasons.

There is an option to put Patient Numbers or Chart Numbers. I would think there would be to many people that have the same letter first name and last name that you would not be able to tell the difference. But if you did want it to do that you would need to put it in as a request because that is not available at this time.
