Consent form signature question

Should we lock the signature when user click OK , because when I open it back by double click on the common log. I can still erase/override the signature

Just like you can still shred a paper consent form. But why would anyone want to do that?

I understand what you mean but accident happen and you just never know what the user may do.

I guess you could put it in as a request.
