customize routing slip

Is there a way to customize the routing slip? I'd like to put more info on it such as health history concerns, next appointments, and a few other things. Please tell me we can do this

i don't think it is possible right now, but I would love to be able to customize this as well!

Well if it can't be done now, time for me to start reading to learn how to write some code
