List in the same order of procedures entered

Is there a way to list the procedures in the same order in the Chart Module, the Account Module and on the Insurance Claim Form? Basically, we want to keep the same order as they were entered in the Chart Module under the Progress Notes.

I agree-- actually, I wouldn't mind another order either, so long as there was one. It just seems that for some reason, if I enter Prophy 4BWX +1PAX +1PAX +1PAX, I usually get something like +1PAX Prophy +1PAX 4BWX +1PAX. And that's just weird.
