First I add procedure D4342 to the chart. Procedure Info window comes up. I then enter the tooth number. At this point, I do see an entry in "insurance estimates and payments". After I click O.K., I go to treatment plan to check that procedure. I then find that that entry for insurance estimate is gone! I have to open the procedure info window for that procedure and click "Add Estimate" to get it back. It happens in 5.8.4 and 5.8.5.

I've seen this one in the last few days. I'm going to try again to duplicate it on my machine. I think it might be a little bit subtle. But I'll put it down as a bug.
