I want to implement a table of Anesthetic Medication Suppliers for use with the Electronic Anesthetic Record and Anesthetic Medication Inventory system I am developing for OD. The table will be fairly similar in design and functionality to the one generated in FormReferralSelect.

FormReferralSelect appears to use TableRefSelect under OpenDental > Tables Old Grids. The "Old" in "Tables Old Grids" is throwing me off. Should I be placing my table here?
