Family Module Main Screen

Hi
On the main screen for the family module i can only see sections for patient info and family members. How do i get the recall and insurance sections to display?
i am using version 5.9.11.0 foreign

Recall won't be there until you upgrade to 6.0. Insurance might be hidden under
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/easy.html
