Perio chart starting point

When one goes to the perio chart after #1 has been checked off as missing in the chart module, it doesn't move to next present tooth. You always have to move it from the #1 tooth column to the #2 column to start charting. This is a bug, no?

It's a known annoyance, but not necessarily a bug. It's simply always been like that because there have always been so many other higher priorities. The staff will quickly learn to advance to the next tooth before starting.
