I personally use both Auto Notes and the Default Notes.
Auto Notes takes a fair amount of time to set up, but after that they are, they are easy to use.
Default Notes are easier to set up, but also somewhat tedious.
Go to Listing on the upper task bar.
Select Procedure Codes.
Go to the codes you use and in the "Default Note" section write your standard note.
Save
Continue for all your codes.
The Default Note can be edited to individualize the note if needed.
I hope that helps.

Wow!
I'm sorry you had to wait in front of your computer for so long.

You might also check out the feature request called "Note scripting and logic in a simple text template". It would be a more powerful version of autonotes.

Sorry, I was mostly talking to Savvy. It doesn't apply to you because it's a feature that we will add in the future. It's not a current feature of the software. But if you are curious,
