I am using Emdeon for my clearinghouse with MOGO to send claims, I just called them and they said it won't work with OD, is this true? If so, which one is recommended? Thanks

Yes, Emdeon works fine. You might have to start a new account with Emdeon, though. Sounds like the old account is tied to MOGO. We usually recommend Tesia for new customers, although not strongly. We probably have as many customers on Emdeon as we do on Tesia.

That is strange then that Emdeon would tell me that OD didn't work with their program--maybe Jordan could let them know they are misinforming us. Before I read this, I called Claim Connect--the one recommended in the manual and they said they work seamlessly with OD. Any thoughts? Just a bit confused.

I've been using Emdeon with OD for over a year. Works great....
