I have not been able to reproduce this myself for sure yet, but I have had a few notes on appts that have been overwritten by other notes. I am almost positive that they were not being edited at the same time, but a few minutes apart. Will continue to try to figure out if this is a problem or just being edited at the same time.

My understanding is that after an appointment is edited and user clicks OK, a signal row will be created indicating appointments were changed for that date. So what is your interval set to in Misc Setup? Is staff trained to not leave windows open?
