When my staff are going though the recall list first select the date range they want, hit refresh and they double click on a name when they call and a second window "Recall for ..." popus up with lots of good info. If the patient wants to shedule they hit pinboard and schedual the apt.

The problem is when they hit pinboard both the "Recall list" window and the "Recall for.." windows close. This causes them to lose their place and their selected date range on the first window "Recall list".

Can't it be made to leave the first window open or if it has to be reoppened it opens with the last options saved and scrolled down to where they where last?

Yes! i have been wanting something like this for a long time. The list needs to say up where you were or it is very hard to use.

yeah, this is an annoyance, but it is not a bug,
it is a feature request. I checked and it has not been requested before or yet.
