Fee schedule set up

How can I set up fee schedules? I am still in the trial version and wanted to practice but there is not a category for Fee Schedule under Setup in the Main Mene option like the manual says?

Lists - Procedure Codes
On the bottom right should be buttons that take you to fee schedule import/export/edit/add, etc.

The manual is showing the newer version. In the older version, it's a little different.
