I accidently created a second prophy recall for a patient. When I tried to delete it, OD won't let me because a previous date was set. OD recommends disabling, so...... OK I disabled it. Why does it still show in the list????

Why can it not delete be deleted???

Any insight would be appreciated.

I'd have to see your screen. I didn't think it was possible to create a second prophy recall.
